Medical Grade Neoprene Knee Brace with 4 stabilizing springs.

The NeoPhysio knee brace features four flexible aluminium springs. These, combined with the neoprene material and wide Velcro straps, will increase stability all around your knee.

The two wide, adjustable, Velcro straps make sure the springs are secured to both sides of your knee. The straps are easily adjusted for a comfortable, individual fit, ensuring your knee is stabilized during any activity.

At the front of the brace is a padded circle that protects and stabilizes your kneecap, helping to reduces unwanted movement. This opening also provides ventilation and relieves pressure on the kneecap.

The medical grade neoprene material provides compression and traps body heat to provide warmth. This compression and warmth aids healing, and in some cases, will speed up the healing process.

The brace can be worn over the top of some base layer leggings/ compression leggings. This helps with comfort, and wearing compression clothing when recovering from injury has its own benefits.

This support is perfect for improving stability around the whole of the knee area giving you the confidence to keep moving.

Please measure around the knee with your leg slightly bent.

At Supports Direct we understand the importance of sending your item as quickly as possible.

All orders received with cleared payment before 14.30 on a normal working day will be picked, packed and sent out that very same day.

Orders made on Weekends and Public Holidays will be sent out the next available working day. We rely heavily on the Royal Mail if they are not working then we cannot send out orders. 

We also understand that some people want value for money.

So all our products are sent with FREE Royal Mail Second Class delivery (3-7 working days for delivery).

But for a small extra fee this can be upgraded at the checkout to First Class delivery (1-3 working days for delivery).

International Deliveries

We will only use one of the large international courier company’s: DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT.

Their prices start from £30 upwards - Depending on the weight and where you are in the world.

We do not use the Royal Mail for international deliveries due to the amount of items gone missing.

Please do not email asking for us to use the Royal Mail, sorry but we make no exceptions.
