How do I return an order?
You have 30 days to return an order. Please email us using the Contact Us form and we will give you a returns number.

I don’t have a Paypal account do you take other payments?
Sorry, but the safest and most secure option for us is Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment, you can enter your card details on the Paypal site and they will process the payment. Please do not send us (Supports Direct) your card details. Also please do not send cash, cheques or postal orders.

When will my order arrive?
That depends on a few factors – When it was ordered and the postal service it was sent on. Second class orders take on average 3-4 working days to arrive but can take 7 working days. Orders sent First Class should arrive within 2 working days. The Royal Mail does not class Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays as a working day. If the Royal Mail doesn’t collect from us we cannot send out orders.

My order hasn’t arrived what shall I do?
First If it’s a large order, too big to fit through your letterbox then please call 0845 6050767 from a landline, this will give you the number of your local Royal Mail Delivery centre. It’s worth checking because the postman doesn’t always leave a card if you are out. If it’s not there then please use the contact us form and let us know. Please include your postcode in the message, this will help us to help you quicker.

What size do I need?
For items that come in different sizes there will be a size guide at the bottom of the item description. Also one of the images should be a size guide. Please measure yourself and refer to the guide. Please check the sizes for different items, some come from different suppliers and will be not be the same.

I take a 32 inch trouse,r but the 34 inch belt doesn’t fit?
Please DO NOT go by your trouser or skirt size when buying a back belt. Please measure around your mid-section where the belt will be placed. I’m a 36 inch trouser but need a 42 inch belt!

I don’t have a tailor’s tape measure to measure myself?
Just use a bit of string or something similar and wrap it around the body part you need to measure. Then lay it out flat and measure the string with a ruler.

I’ve not received an answer to my email?
We try to answer all email within 2 hours during normal office hours and 24hours out of offices hours. Sometimes emails get blocked by spam filters. Please check your spam folder. If still no email please call: 01604 493385

I want to buy in bulk can I get a discount?
Yes we supply a number of retailers. Please contact us for our best price. *Please note – Do not contact us with quantities less than 10 asking for a discount. Also we’ve done everything we can to keep our prices as low as possible (just compare them to the ones you find in a chemist). We’re unable to give big discounts because the items are already heavily discounted. So please don’t contact us asking for 10 of something for half the price.

My item has arrived, but it’s different from the one I ordered?
I’m sorry you have been sent the wrong item. Please use the Contact Us form and someone will help you out.

I’ve been wearing the support for a couple of weeks, but I’m still in pain?

I’ve got XYZ condition and my ABC is herniated what do you recommend?

I live in Dublin and want to order an item?
Southern Ireland is classed as international. To send an item to you we would have to use an international courier company like DHL or Fedex. Please use the Contact Us form to get a quote. We have tried using the Royal Mail for international deliveries but unfortunately it didn’t work out.
